Business Loan

Business Loan is for financing individuals to meet their operational funding requirements as well as expansions of existing business.

Eligibility:

• Borrower shall be Nepalese Citizen.
• Definite and regular source of income

Basic Documentation:

• Completed  application forms
• Details of the guarantor
• Citizenship of the applicant.
• Passport sized photo
• Proposal of new business.
• For existing business, income statement or cash flow of the business to authenticate the regular income from the Business Activities.
• Business registered documents like Registration Certificate, PAN Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate, Tax Paid Receipt, Audit Report etc.

Documents related to the collateral like copy of land ownership certificate, blue print, trace, land revenue paid receipt, drawing of the building, (if any) etc.
