Eligibility:
- Borrower shall be Nepalese Citizen.
- Definite and regular source of income and repayment capacity.
Basic Documentation:
- Completed application forms
- Details of the guarantor
- Citizenship of the applicant.
- Passport sized photo
- Income statement or cash flow of the applicant to authenticate the regular income
- Documents related to the collateral like copy of land ownership certificate, blue print, trace, land revenue paid receipt, drawing of the building, (if any) etc.
