Hirepurchase Loan

Eligibility:

• Borrower shall be Nepalese Citizen.
• Previous experience as transport operators shall be given preferences

Basic Documentation:

For new commercial vehicles

• Completed application form
• Pro-forma Invoice showing details of the vehicle (model, options etc.) and final price
• Details of the guarantor (if any)
• Citizenship of the applicant/Certificate of incorporation of the organization
• Passport sized photo
• Income tax registration certificate (In case of organization)
• Balance Sheet and any other income statement in case of organization
• Copy of letter of intent, including route value, from the Transportation Samitee that the vehicle will be allowed to operate in its prescribed route.
• Estimation of the approximate income the vehicle can generate by operating in the prescribed engagement/route

For Refinancing vehicles

• Completed application form
• Details of the guarantor (if any)
• Citizenship of the applicant/Certificate of incorporation of the organization
• Passport sized photo
• Income tax registration certificate (In case of organization)
• Balance Sheet and any other income statement in case of organization
• Copy of letter of intent, including route value, from the Transportation Samitee that the vehicle is operates in its prescribed route and vehicle valuation too.
• Vehicle Documents
  • Blue Book photocopy
  • Road tax payment receipt
  • Route permit
  • Vehicle insurance copy
• Estimation of the approximate income the vehicle can generate by operating in the prescribed engagement/route
