Education Loan

Under Education Loan, students who aspire to pursue higher education (including technical and professional) are offered financial support for meeting educational expenses throughout.

Eligible Courses:

• Professional Courses: HA, MBBS, MD, Nursing, Engineering, Veterinary, Management, Hotel and Travel Tour Management, M.Sc., Computer and Technology related Subjects, Chartered Accountancy in Nepal and any professional courses in abroad.
• Post Graduation Courses: Masters, M. Phil and PhD in Nepal and any courses in abroad
• Any Graduation level studies in abroad.

Eligible Expenses:

• Fees payable to the University/Hostel
• Capitation fees, if any
• Examination / Library / Laboratory Fee
• Purchase of books / equipment / instruments
• Travel expenses/ passage money for studies abroad
• Purchase of computers-essential for completion of the course
• Any other expenses required to complete the course – like study tours, project work, thesis etc.

Basic Documentation:

• Completed application form
• Passed Mark Sheet of Certificate level with at-least 50% of marks of 2.5 CGPA.
• Offer letter/documents issued by the college/institute /university mentioning the detail breakdown of the fees/charges/accommodation charges etc.
• Details of the guarantor.
• Citizenship of the applicant
• Passport sized photo
• Income statement or cash flow of the applicant to authenticate the regular income

Documents related to the collateral e.g. copy of land ownership certificate, blue print, trace, land revenue paid receipt, drawing of the building, (if any) etc
